Don’t open the letter, Crow!
Don't open the letter, Crow!

Don’t open the letter, Crow!

Writer: Ahmad Akbarpour
Illustrator: Mahnaz Soleimannejad
Published in 2019 | 60 pages
ISBN: 978-622-6011-57-0

Mr. Crow has been the postman of the jungle for years. One time, his wife asks him to open up one of the letters. He opens a letter secretly for the first time. Oh no! They learn that the letter is from Mr. Bear to Miss Bear. They want to get married. Mr. Crow regrets what he has done and has to make a difficult decision. If he tells Mr. Bear everything, wouldn’t he just eat him up?! This story has several endings. You can help find a solution for this problem! Come along inside the story and write another ending for it.

This chapter book is from the five title series of “The Open-Ended Stories”, that is full of animals, people and unpredictable adventures; a kid grows a tail, and a sparrow loses her chirps. The writer has come up with three different endings for each story, but the fourth ending is of much more importance. It must be written by the reader. Who knows! The best endings written by children might even become a separate book under their own name!
